As a Digital Marketing Specialist at ecoprintQ, I had the opportunity to work with a talented team to promote a diverse portfolio of print management softwares, services, and print fleet equipment. This role allowed me to blend creativity with data-driven strategies, delivering high-quality, customized marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms.
In my role, I managed and executed targeted marketing campaigns, utilizing Dynamics 365 CRM to optimize customer relationships and drive measurable results. I focused on social media marketing, product marketing, and graphic design, ensuring that every campaign was not only visually impactful but also aligned with strategic business objectives.
I also took on videography and managed the company’s YouTube channel, producing engaging video content that conveyed the brand’s message. This included everything from scripting and filming to editing and optimizing content for maximum reach.
Additionally, I contributed to content creation by writing blog posts and other digital copy. I quickly adapted to new software tools to be able to write meaningful copy on complex software solutions, ensuring that the content was SEO-friendly and aligned with our audience’s needs.
As part of the broader content strategy, I was involved in podcast production—from development to episode recording and editing. I worked to create engaging and informative podcast content that connected with listeners and reinforced the brand’s message, helping expand our content offering across multiple formats.
I also played a central role in event planning and coordination, organizing global virtual and in-person events that ran seamlessly and delivered value to attendees.
